I wanted to share a story of how good an agent Cindy Kunkel has been for our company. As you are aware, this was probably the worst weekend in recent history to be traveling. Many cancellations due the to weather that impacted flights all over the US.

I was traveling with a group of our students to California and back and noticed on Sunday morning that our outbound flight was going to be delayed and that delay would probably mean missing the last connection out of Phoenix for Austin. I tried your after hours number, but it was down due to phone issues not under your control. I then emailed Cindy who happened to be a church at the time. She left, went to her office and spent a good 2 hours getting everything sorted for our return travel. We ended up flying out of different airport, making our connection and getting home as scheduled. A perfect ending to what could have been a travel nightmare.

Cindy went above and beyond the call of duty for us and I wanted you to know that we really appreciate her. We have been a customer of Tramex for over 15 years and she is the reason we have never looked at another agency. She is efficient, experienced and always has a positive attitude.
